BODY:
Minimum ST52 material is used for body. Side of body st-52 4 mm , Bottom of body st-52 6 mm , top of body st-52 3 mm , and side of body is strenghted with U profiled and completely welded with its suitable technology.
REAR DOOR:
Rear door is produced with 4mm ST52 and completely sealed rear door is closing body from rear. Rear door is protected with 4 hydraulic cylinders. Two cylinder is for opening and closing, others are for locking of rear door with hydraulic power. Locking of rear door has both mechanical and hydraulic mechanism in order to protect body from leakage and/or any damage.
PRESSING-EJECTİNG PLATE:
Mechanism of pressing mechanism is automated system with PLC control. This system can press garbage in front of body to rear. After pressing garbage, a security walve stops system that shows garbage is completely pressed. Automated pressing has 7-9 m3/min capacity. Ejection of garbage is commanded with manual and electrical buttons .
TOP LOADING DOOR:
Top loading door is worked with one double acting cylinder and has 3300×2300 mm dimension for loading garbage. This door can be opened when loading garbage, after loading, it can be closed remotely. Top loading door is made from 4mm ST-52 material and strenghted with profiles to prevent bending of it. Locking system of top door can be commanded remotely.
CHASSIS AND SUSPENSION:
Under the body, articulated axle group, mechanical or hydraulic stabilizing jack and king pin is mounted on technological finished chassis. Abs brake system is ourstandart. Suspension is adjusted for maximum heavy loads and wheels are choosed for suitable loads.
BRAKE SYSTEM:
Brake system is adjusted for international standarts.
